We were welcomed to the Seven Feathers RV Park
by this logo. Everyone agreed that this was one of
the nicest RV parks we've been to in recent years

The RV park office and lounge - notice the green
grass and flowers that were all around the park. The recreation center with a swimming pool, hot tub, and private club room was just across the street

The foothills of the Coast Range towered over the RV park making us feel like we were further
than just a half mile from the freeway - notice the green grass and trees between campsites

Larry N wanted to check if his truck would fit on the
bridge - or maybe he just thought it was a nice improvement to the picture!

The Milo Covered Bridge was about 20 miles east of Canyonville and provided access to a Seventh Day Adventist Academy across the river

This short covered footbridge led from a parking lot
to the Canyonville Park which held some surprises

the up-and-up because we were all watching!

Wildlife Safari Tour

WildlifeSafariBirds1-Oct08.jpg   WildlifeSafariBirds3-Oct08.jpg
Not saying this place was for the birds, but there were some very interesting birds to be seen!

WildlifeSafariFlamingos1-Oct08.jpg   WildlifeSafariFlamingos2-Oct08.jpg

Water Buffalo (or are these Yaks or Musk Ox?)

WildlifeSafariAnimals1-Oct08.jpg   WildlifeSafariAnimals3-Oct08.jpg

These animals look interesting but not sure what they are - Can anybody identify them?

WildlifeSafariAnimals4-Oct08.jpg   WildlifeSafariElk2-Oct08.jpg

More unidentified animals - What are they?

Magnificent Elk. I bet Dennis S and Larry N would
like to have their sights on this one out in the woods!

/WildlifeSafariCheetahs3-Oct08.jpg   WildlifeSafariBears1-Oct08.jpg

These Cheetahs look like our Board
of Officers at attention!

The Bears were having fun in the water!

WildlifeSafariGiraffes2-Oct08.jpg   /WildlifeSafariSnowflake3-Oct08.jpg

This Giraffe must be the center on the basketball team!
