BREEZEWAY CORRIDOR

The difference in temperatures between the water in the ocean and the landmass on the hills is always creating a shifting of the air mass.
The orientation of the buildings takes advantage of the breeze by having windows on both ends of the buildings. The moving air across the corridor creates cross ventilation and passive cooling.
