THE DISTRICTS OF BORACAY NEWCOAST

Boracay Newcoast has distinct areas, the residential areas for single-family and multi-family housing, the shopping and hotel/restaurant districts and the leisure/entertainment center.

The residential areas are the Newcoast Village, the Condominium Cluster, the Oceanway Residences and an area at the southern end that is being considered for a limited number of exclusive villas. This yet unnamed area is adjacent to the big international brand hotels thus it is possible that a casino will be built instead.

The Shophouse District will house the different retail stores where one can hunt for that coveted piece that will be treasured by the lucky recipient. But bear in mind that Boracay Newcoast will be a large community with fulltime residents thereby creating a need for varied retailers such as a bakery or two, a grocery store, a pharmacy, beauty salons, hardware store, fast food restaurants, telephone retailer, etc.

The Boutique Hotel District is not meant for the big chain hotels but rather for the enterpreneurs wanting to build a small hotel and quite likely integrating a restaurant.

The ‘districting’ of Boracay Newcoast is meant to enhance the experience of the residents and visitors alike. Similar services are grouped making it easier to shop for items or look around for a favorite restaurant.
