THE OCEANWAY RESIDENCES

When seen from the back it appears that the buildings of the Oceanway Residences are taller. In fact they are. There are 7 floors as opposed to 4 when seen from the front or street side. The bottom 3 floors are below street level.

The residents in the units below street level enjoy a more quiet environment. Although closer to the ground the view is still magnificent as the contour slopes gradually towards the sea.
