Grease 9” pan.

Mix sugar, corn syrup & water in a saucepan and cook to the boiling point,
stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally to hard ball stage.

In a bowl, beat egg whites until they fluff up.

Gradually add the dry jello, beating until the mixture holds a definite peak.

Pour the syrup into the egg white mixture in a thin stream beating constantly
until the candy holds a shape and loses its gloss.

Stir in nuts and coconut.

Pour into the pan.
