Cast:

Kyle Rattner as Maban Petrok		This is Kyle's debut as an actor.
Paula Riesch as Mrs. Petrok		Paula Riesch has been in a handful of community theater musical productions. Luckily for everyone, there was no singing involved in the making of Crossed Earth, and the dancing numbers were kept to a minimum.  Paula's other interests include her job as an IT project manager, attending her daughters weddings and playing as much tennis as possible.   Paula extends a special thanks to her son, Ben, for helping her prepare for the role of a sullen young man's mom. Good luck on your next cage fight Ben.
Fred Younger as Hank Daubeney		You may have seen Fred if you attend the Madison Opera performances.
Matt Miller as Derrick Richland		Matt has been acting since he was twelve years old, and graduated from UW-Whitewater with a theatre degree.  This is his first film role.
Marie Lange as Amy		This is Marie's debut as an actress.
Trevor Grothaus as Chris		Trevor has years of experience on the stage as a karaoke host. This is his first debut as an actor. "My bio looks good-thanks for not mentioning all the adult movie roles I did in my 20’s"
Samantha Lange as Sam		Sam's High School Drama experiences include Grandma in "A Children's Hour" and Student Producer and Under Study of "You Can't Take It With You". She's testing the waters at UW-Whitewater this Summer thru Theatre Camp.
Andrew Leopard as German Trapper 1		Andrew attended U.W. Whitewater as a theater student.
Seth Curkeet as German Trapper 2		Seth, attended the U.W. Whitewater theater program and acted in many plays including numerous Shakespeare productions. He is the brain child behind "Crossed Earth" and has already completed a script for his next adventure.

Producers & Cinematographers - Glenn & Ellen Weaver		Ellen bought her first video camera at the age of 16 and has been capturing images ever since. After meeting Glenn, they started filming weddings and special events and Weaverschmitz Productions was formed. In 2006, Glenn and Ellen partnered with SethFx to produce this movie "Crossed Earth". Glenn was the first Amish farmer to orbit the earth in space. It took him 270 years. He commemorated the feat by building a stonehenge in the back yard, where periodic sacrifices must be made. Glenn drinks red wine only for practical purposes: to keep from being attacked by imaginary snakes. 'Crossed Earth' is his first film project to experience asbestos slowly falling from the ceiling of the movie theater: "I think a horror film should be a truly frightening experience."
Editor - Ellen Weaver		This movie was edited using Adobe Premiere Elements on an HP system. Three external storage devices were used to house over 100 Gig of video and sound files. As Ellen sits at the editing station in her WeaverSchmitz Productions Studio, Glenn and Seth direct the audio and visual changes for the movie. They've worked out a good editing system and have learned many lessons that will be utilized on the next project.
Sound - Karyn Schairer		Karyn is a regular on the sound crew for the Broom Street Theater. She has also worked on independent films in the past including "Milk Punch". She brings a creative ear to this project.
Music - Kyle Rattner		Kyle has been in a number of bands as a talented guitar player. His current band is the Sounds of Reason and they have been playing local venues in Madison for the past few years.
