Our Mission

Harrington Engineering and Construction Inc. (HE&C) provides engineering services for owners, architects, design engineers, and contractors. The HE&C professional staff are both engineers and contractors, with every professional experienced in the construction of the projects they have engineered. At HE&C, construction experience means that we went to the job site and worked with or as the contractor to build our design. It does not mean that we inspected the work during the construction or that we “managed” a group of subcontractors who assumed all the project risk.

Our Staff

The HE&C professionals are civil engineers with education, training and experience in the geotechnical, structural, and environmental disciplines. In general, Tim Harrington and his associates have worked together for most of their careers.
