Snake River, WY

Tuesday, June 27, 2006 - We drove up 191 to Hoback Junction, WY and got a campsite at the KOA. It was exorbitant, about $40, plus about $12 to do laundry. We drove along the Snake and found the put-in and take-out. The Huge Experiences School from Fayetteville, WV had a group at the takeout.

Wednesday, June 28, 2006 - We found a more reasonable campground at East Table along the Snake River. I hitched a shuttle. It didn't take very long. We put in at West Table and took out at Sheep Gulch. It was running about 8000 cfs. Lunch Counter was the biggest rapid. There were surfers on boards there.
