What you can see under the mess all of these wires is the LCD screen it is a 16 character by 4 line LCD screen. It is controlled by the micro-controller by parrallel transmission using six bits off of Port C of my micro-controller. All these wire you see running all over are the ports coming off the micro-controller. After all the testing is complete and work correctly all the circuits will be circuit boarded and all the mess will go away, hopefully!
