This Lorain county trail starts at the High Meadows picnic area in Elyria and ends at Day's Dam in Lorain and is part of the Black River Reservation.

The trail is 4.5 miles long and connects with the Steel Mill Trail at Day's Dam. The highlight of the Bridgeway Trail is a 1000 foot bridge over the Black River.
