To reserve item, please email us to let us know your name, address and the item you want. We will reserve it for 5 days until your payment arrives.

All prices exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for shipping charges. NOTE: items that are illegal within your country cannot be shipped.

We are a mail order only business and prefer payment by cash, Paypal or money order which will insure rapid shipment. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping (allow at least 10 business days). Check should be made payable to: "Deb Arts Services". Any returned check subject to a $35 fee!

We do accept Paypal as debartsservices!

New York State residents *must* include applicable sales taxes charged in your county or city, and calculated, by state law, on the total price (which includes S&H) of item. Your item will NOT be shipped without sales taxes being paid!
