TheColumbariumprojectisonholdindefinitely.TheStateStatueswerechangedin1989withregardstocolumbariumsonchurchproperty.AsaresultofthischangewearenotabletoproceedunlesstheTownofBurkewoulddeclaretheChurchGroundsasacemetery.WearenowtryingtodetermineiftheTownofBurkehasthenecessaryordinanceinplacetoallowthattohappen.IfandwhenthepropertyisdeclaredascemeterygroundswewillthenhavetorepeatourexercisewiththeStateDepartmentofCommerceandtheDepartmentofRegulationandLicensing.Wewillkeepyouinformedaswemoveforward.AnyquestionspleasecontactCliffPerkins.
