You will not see the PC in this picture as I keep it on the opposite side of the desk, away from the transceiver. No active interface is needed between the FT-920 and the computer sound card. (I use shielded audio cables.)
I operate the FT-920 with CAT via the MixW program, so operation is nearly 100% from the computer keyboard.
The KAM+ is setup through the MIC input of the tranceiver. I operate the TNC in the command mode using the MixW program. The microphone is just for looks... ;-)
