Ambleside Online Here are articles from the Original Parent's Review magazine, edited by Charlotte Mason. The goal is to get all the articles from 1894 to 1923 online. This is an experiment - a group of CM families attempting to develop a modern CM curriculum. Booklists and some lesson plans for Grades 1-8 are here. Stop by and see what they are trying (for the families are actually using these together). They have an email list, restricted to those actually using this program, to discuss how it is working out. VERY interesting!
Valerie Little Lambs At Home, has a Charlotte Mason page with some good links, AND a good "Prairie Primer" collection. She's also one of the mamas for CMcentral@yahoogroups.com .
Ginger, publishing a new magazine, "Homeschooling the Charlotte Mason Way".
Memories of a P.N.E.U. Education essay by Christine Verspaandonk, of Austrailia, who spent two years in Mrs. Norton's school in England. She includes book titles, class projects, and schedules.
Eulogy of a Charlotte Mason Graduate OOOPS - missing link - will find and fix! Family newsletter issue dedicated to a relative who was a House of Education graduate and started her own school.
The Virtues of Tea A lovely essay on tea and Charlotte Mason from my friend Lynn Bruce!
A Charlotte Mason Education What's that mean? Well, if the CM movement has a homepage, this is
it. This is Catherine Levison's site, the author of "A Charlotte Mason
Education". Almost every CM link I have ever seen. This is a good starting
place for a beginner.
The original Charlotte Mason College in England, has moved its affiliation from Lancaster University to the University of St. Martin,
where it is now simply the Ambleside campus. Information, and a virtual tour.
The site is being re-done, so I'm not sure what information you will find.
The Fresco Here is Essex Cholmondeley's description of the Fresco CM loved, seen on her visit to Florence, with a description identifying the persons and symbols in it.
