THE TERNATE-NASUGBU TUNNEL

Barring any unforeseen delays, the 1/3 km. tunnel should be completed around the end of the first quarter of 2013. The travel time from Manila to Nasugbu via the Cavite Coastal highway and through the tunnel will be cut to around 1 hour instead of 3 when going via Tagaytay.
