Notes: Minnie Kendall Lowther in History of Ritchie County has sister Orpha married to a Hill of Cla y Co., Rhoda to a Board of Roane Co. , Susan to a Jacob Smith of Roane Co., and Zilpah to Jam es Riddle of Gilmer Co. She does not list Agnes. It appears that she was incorrect, and th e marriages probably look like this:

Drake was the brother of H annah Drake Smith. So if Susan is the daughter of Arraon and Hannah Drake Smith, she and Geo rge Camp were first cousins.
