1. I Told You So!
The best guide to the future is the past. The keeper of the history is
also the wise prophet. Unfortunately the American people are neither
keepers
of history nor wise. They act like they were born yesterday and like
children
are led around by lying media and crooked leaders.
In a time of crisis or political chicanery it may not be easy to
determine
the truth but in the course of time most secrets are discovered. By
keeping
the history it is possible to find out who the liars were and who told
the truth. It usually only takes about five to ten years.
Here the decades of my time are outlined in detail so all can see what
really happened. Make no mistake about it, the same prejudices and
organizations
are at work today that ruled the country's past. And they will get away
with it again too unless you learn and educate and VOTE.

3. A History of U.S. Foreign Policy
The US has made deliberate decisions that resulted in the death of
millions
of people since WWII. Here is the summary and the link contains the
supporting
details. This report is just a fraction of the material out there. And
it does not even talk about what was done to the Native Americans or
Mexico.

4. Political Dirty Tricks and Media Lies
a. Congress is in Session
One of the favorite tricks of the politicians is to stitch together two
pieces of otherwise unrelated legislation into the same package so that
the publicized part fixes one problem while the hidden part causes
another
usually worse. This works well during a crisis which keeps the public
distracted
like the Olympics or the OJ Simpson trial.
b. Media Secrets
The best kept secret about the "Liberal Media" is that it isn't. The
media
is right wing and the newspapers are extremely so. Business keeps very
tight control over the media. How often do you hear about shoddy
products
substandard wages or political contributions with the name of the
offending
business?
c. Editorials
How often when reading an editorial have you got the impression that it
is bad for any other nation to have military power because they are all
corrupt while it is OK for the US to be the world's policeman because
we
are honest? Let's look at that "honesty." The US has broken
some hundreds of treaties with the Native Americans. The US has
violated
international law regularly in its conduct of foreign policy.
5. The loss of NPR
There is a nationwide network of public radio stations at the low end
of
the FM band. They are limited to low power but put out some of the
better
news programs like "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered."
Originally,
just after they started in the late 70s, they had a liberal of at least
moderate perspective. The national center for this outfit received
Federal
money because few businesses will help pay for a liberal station.
Then along came Ronald Reagan and his team, dedicated to right wing
censorship,
and with a vengeance they set about to destroy NPR. He appointed a
special
team of right wing lackeys to take over NPR. They were successful in
destroying
the hard hitting liberal programming and most liberal commentators. NPR
came out of the 80s a crippled institution. Then with Bush and Clinton
it has become commercialized to make up for Federal cuts. Today NPR
cannot
compare with Z Magazine. This has been a serious loss to the nation
because
the ordinary media are heavily censored by commercial pressures.
