Miscellaneous Items:

Grocery bill in Clintwood was $30 per month with a baked cake thrown in.
The store manager was G.C. Stidham.
From 1939-1941, I (Lewis) worked part time (25 hours per week) for $2.50 per week.
Haircut were 25 cents for a regular haircut & 35 cents for shaving around ears.
Clarence Branham had a restaurant that put out good hamburgers and beer.
