Practicing:

Ÿ  Students are expected to practice no less that 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week.

 

Required Materials:

Ÿ  Students are expected to bring a cassette tape or digital recording device, music, and pencil to every lesson.

 

Payments may be made in one of two ways:

On a per-lesson basis, to be paid at the lesson

Monthly at the first lesson of the month

 

Late Payment:

Ÿ  Students who complete the first lesson of the month without payment will receive a reminder invoice for the parents to sign and return with payment at the next lesson.

Ÿ  Students appearing for the second lesson of the month without payment will not be taught and considered a student no-show.

Ÿ  After the third scheduled lesson without payment the student is withdrawn from the studio.

**Please note that if you call me to make special arrangements I will be more than happy to work out a payment schedule that works for your family!!!

 

Schedule Conflicts:

Ÿ  Once lessons are scheduled by the student, they are expected to be attended and paid for.  If an unforeseen conflict arises, the student should contact me as soon a possible to discuss the possibility of rescheduling or canceling.  However, this situation should be the exception, not the rule!

 

Sick Calls:

Ÿ  Students who do not attend school due to illness are required to call in sick at my home number, (330) 780-6763.  Prepaid fees will be credited back to the student, or a make-up lesson will be scheduled, provided these conditions are met.  Please do not come to your lesson if you are sick!!!

 

No-Shows:

Ÿ  Student no-shows will be charged at the regular rate.

 

Withdrawal:

Ÿ  The student reserves the right to withdraw from the studio at any time and receive a full refund for the unused portion of the prepaid monthly lesson fee.  However, the student will forfeit their “spot” in the studio and be placed at the end of the waiting list if they wish to re-enroll at a later date.
