Office Policy
Appointments and Hours: Daytime and evening sessions are available by appointment.
Every effort is made to provide services within 24 hours for emergency and crisis situations. Our front office
staff is currently located off-site so while there is no one in the front office, most calls are returned the same day. A 24-hour/7-day-per-week answering service is also available for emergencies.
Third Party Payment
Many health insurance plans have outpatient mental health benefits which will
reimburse a percentage of the fees for services. In addition, we contract with health maintenance organizations and
preferred provider plans, such as Regence (including Boeing), Premera, Blue Cross, Health Plus, Aetna, Cigna, PacifiCare,
First Choice, Magellan, etc. Our office staff will be happy to assist you in making an appointment with a therapist
covered under your individual plan. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.
GROUPS
EPP offers various therapy
groups from time to time.

Speakers Bureau
Upon request, EPP clinicians are available to groups and organizations to give presentations on various
topics. These include areas such as: stress management, parenting, coping with divorce, and grief recovery.
