Several public documents are available on the recent bankruptcy, as well as a couple of other documents:

• Email to Ron   (Word Document)  One of the many emails urging Ron and Margot Rowe to please communicate with me so that we could clear up the misunderstanding of the business dealings that I kept discovering.  Over the period of nearly a month, I pleaded with them to communicate with me so that I could understand and not need to dig deeper.  They refused to talk to me, only threatening me through others that they were "going to put a stop to it."
• Voluntary Bankruptcy Petition  (PDF)  The bankruptcy petition document that Ron and Margot filed with the Bankruptcy Court in Kentucky.
• Bankruptcy Schedules  (PDF)  The list of assets they claimed they had, and the list of creditors they claimed they owed money to.  The debt forgiven was over $460,000.
• Docket Report  (PDF)  The court docket history in the bankruptcy case
• Royalty Spreadsheet  (Excel)  The accounting spreadsheet from one vendor outlining royalties paid to Newmark USA within the last couple of years.  Notice that a cheque was issued in January of this year, but was not cashed until after the bankruptcy discharge.  To me it appears that they held the cheque until after the bankruptcy, and then lied to the court at the discharge hearing, when the judge specifically asked them if they had any accounts receivables or any money owed them.  Hmmmm.... That to me sounded like perjury and I now wonder what other things the courts will find that was purposefully hidden.

There are more documents than these, but to protect the artists and and specifics, I have chosen to keep that information off this website.  Those are available to the courts, and I will provide more details and specifics to those who are involved as creditors or artists.
