In the Movie Premiere Magazine, theres a new article titled "Snicket to keep oringinal cast"
Director Brad Silberling is still patient enough to consider directing a sequel to the first Snicket movie. However the
waiting will exceed because both Silberling and Handler are planning to keep the original cast except the hoffman twins. This
includes promising young talents Liam Aiken and Emily Browning and of course the capricious Jim Carrey.
“Yes, yes we
know. Both of the kids are growing up but we are willing to make an exception” says Silberling. “Honestly these kids are unquestionably
the perfect choice for the roles and we couldn’t afford to lose our audience just because of casting tribulations” Silberling
continued.
As of now, Aiken will be filming “Airborn” set to release for 2006 as for Browning, she’s ahead of finishing
her new film “Stranded” due out this year. Silberling together with his associates have to wait until both the kid’s projects
are accomplished then they could start discussing the Sequel together with the original cast
