This is the page where I'll describe myself in more detail.

Some notes

I have a wonderful wife of over 20 years, and three great kids: Elizabeth, Rosey, and Alex. Elizabeth is now in college. I have a golden retriever dog named Kayci, who is really fat.

I like writing. I'll sometimes write non-fiction in the area of numerical linear algebra and computer science. For fun, I like to write vampire stories and novels. I've written lots of stories, and 9 novels so far.

I like Taekwondo. I got my third degree black belt in June 2006. My daughter Rosey got her second degree black belt in 2004.

I work at Intel Corp in Hillsboro, OR

I got my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY on January 1994
