This aircraft
is a Boeing A75L300, serial number 75-5975,built in 1944. It was part of the
last batch of model 75’s. It was procured by the Army Air Service in Jan
1945 as a PT-13D and delivered to Goodfellow Field, San Angelo TX.

The airframe
was rebuilt to its current configuration in 1970. Most recent recovering/overhaul
was by Air Repair in 1997.

917 Aircraft disassembled for recover: recovered
with STITTS Process
(See 337), installed
Redline brakes (see 337). Installed Bracket air filter (see 337). Aircraft reweighed
(see revised weight and balance). Assigned new N number of N1941E. See new Airworthiness Cert. The following maintenance and
repairs were performed during the course of this work: resealed main gear, repacked wheel bearings, replaced strobe power
supply w/ ser # 09046. Checked fuel strainer, replaced fuel lines, repaired loose
baffles in fuel tank, replaced fuel sight tube, repaired cracks in aileron spars at idler connection, numerous minor wood
repairs, new wing trailing edges installed, replaced brake rods, replaced elevator torque tube bushings, front airspeed ind.
overhauled, replaced 2 aft trim cables, rebushed landing gear scissors, replaced aft rudder racks and lock pins. Aircraft reassembled with new hardware and rigged to Boeing specs. Replaced tail wheel shimmy spring and
service tail gear as necessary. C/W AD 46-24-01 by drilling lower wing drain holes and AD 59-06-02 by inspecting C/S spars
and fabric covering. No other AD notes applicable at this time. All systems operationally checked OK.

1204 Aircraft serviced in accordance with Boeing manual.
Lubed all grease fittings
and lube points. Service aircraft battery, serviced left and right brake reservoirs,
installed new left and right brake pads, installed new left and right main tires, installed new ELT battery and operational
checked good in accordance with FAR 91.07. ELT battery due Nov 2008. All controls checked. Complied with AD 56-06-02 by visual
inspection. Due next annual 2007. Repacked right and left main wheel bearings. I
certify this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an annual inspection and found to be in airworthy condition. AD notes checked by bi-weekly listings.

The engine was produced by
Lycoming. The military model designation is R680-13. The civilian model designation is R680-E3B. The engine is
rated at 300hp, and was last overhauled by Radial Engines, LTD in 1998.

by Radial Engines,
LTD. See WO 10266. Engine mount
magnafluxed and repainted. Installed
in accordance with current regulations and standard practices. Engine test run
in accordance with overhaul practices and recommendations. All pressure, temps
and systems normal. Note break in oil installed in this power plant. Prop reinstalled
and torqued per manufacturers directions. Note Aeroshell 100 SAE 50W.

#1 73/80, #2 68/80,
#3 78/80, #4 78/80, #5 68/80, #6 76/80, #7 78/80, #8 76/80, #9 78/80. Ran engine. Operational
check OK. No leaks noted. I certify this engine has been inspected in accordance
with an annual inspection and has been found to be in airworthy condition.

PROPELLER
The propeller is a Hamilton
Standard 2B20-241 with 613SA-15 blades. The prop was last overhauled 3/17/2000 by H&S Propeller, Waterford, MI. Hours since overhaul at last annual inspection were 157.9. No defects noted during annual inspection on 9-02-09.
