Spa Etiquette
Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
Turn cell phones OFF!
For whirlpool soaks, swimwear is required.
For massages, bring clothing that will meet your comfort level.
As in any service industry, gratuity is
optional, however, for excellent service 10-15% of the service price is
customary.
Please note that if redeeming a gift certificate,
gratuity is not included.
24 hour notice is required for cancellation
or a fee may be charged. 48 hours is requested for group cancellations.
