George E. Pratt, Salesman, Dies

STERLING. March 13 - George Erskine Pratt: 63, of Pratt's Junction, died at his home here last night. He was born here, a son of the late James and Helen (Chaffin) Pratt. He was formerly employed by the Simonds Saw & Steel Co. in Fitchburg and later represented the Nicholson File Co.
He was a member of Jerusalem commandery, KT. of Fitchburg and the Sons of Cincinnati.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pearl (Porter) Pratt: two daughters, Miss Frances Pratt of this town and Mrs. Alden E. Hull of Tilton N.H.: a grandchild: and two sisters, Mrs. Helen P. Binner of Boston and Miss Ida Pratt of this town.
The funeral will be in the Unitarian church in Sterling, Friday at 2 p.m. with burial in Oak Hill cemetery, Sterling.
