Sales Contract and Health Guarantee

The seller, Kingtreecockers warrants this cocker puppy to be in good health at the time of purchase. This puppy has been examined by my veterinarian and a health record will be given. Buyer must take puppy to a veterinarian for an examination within 72 hours from the date of pickup. The health of this puppy is guaranteed for only 72 hours after leaving my premises, and if not examined by the buyer's vet within 72 hours, this contract is void.

Buyer is responsible for continued vaccines and must be documented by a veterinarian. This agreement is also voided if any type of abuse or neglect is evident or can be shown to exist or have existed. This agreement does not cover accidental injury or death. FAILURE TO CONTINUE WITH THE ABOVE ROUTINES WILL ALSO VOID THIS AGREEMENT.

Genetics

Kingtreecockers will replace the puppy if it has been determined to have a genetic defect that would cause death of the puppy. A genetic defect is described as an illness/disease that is life threatening and would cause death of the puppy and caused to be euthanized. Allergies, thyroid dysfunctions, umbilical hernias, cherry eye and any other autoimmune disorders that may be caused by environmental factors are not covered. Skin or ear problems, parasites, internal or external and parvo are not covered. None of the above problems are heredity. No refunds are given under any circumstances and a replacement will be given when one comes available. No replacements will be given without documentation from a licensed vet with diagnosis. Documentation and all vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Kingtreecockers reserves the right to have a second opinion by our vet for any congenital illnesses. Health record must be produced also at this time to insure that the puppy was properly cared for or this contract is also void.

Kingtreecockers is not responsible for any illness/diseases that the puppy could acquire after leaving our premises. This puppy has been checked by a licensed vet and is in good health at the time of purchase.

Instructions have been given as to a feeding schedule and are to be followed or this contract is void.

THIS CONTRACT ONLY PERTAINS TO THE BUYER TO WHOM THE PUPPY WAS SOLD.

KINGTREECOCKERS WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY VETERINARIAN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR THIS PUPPY FOR ANY REASON*******

THIS PUPPY HAS BEEN SOLD TO YOU, THE BUYER AND IS TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED BY A VET BY 6 MONTHS OF AGE, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED***.
