The House Next Door Rates
Nightly - $275/night plus tax for up to 6 people (2 night minimum)
Weekly - $1,700/week - Seven nights up to 6 people
Monthly - $5,500/month - up to 6 people and 30 nights.
Each additional person 4 years and older is $20 per person per night. Children 3 years and under are no
charge.
Applicable sale tax at 10.3% will be added to the total amount due.
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is over 60 days from reservation, you will receive $100 of your deposit back, $100 will
be non refundable.
If less than 60 days, the $200 deposit will be forfeited.
