The House Next Door Rates
APRIL through MAY 2010
Nightly - $285 per night for the first 6 people. Each additonal person after
the first 6 is $20 per night.
2 Night Minimum (3 night minimum on holiday weekends)
Weekly - $265/night - 5 night minimum for up to 6 people.
Each additonal person after the first 6 is $20 per night.
SUMMER 2010 (June 1 - Sept. 7) - Weekly
Rentals Only - 5 Night Minimum Stay
Weekly - $295/night - 5 night minimum for up to 6 people. Each additional
person after the first 6 is $20 per night.
Each additional person 4 years and older is $20 per person per night. Children 3 years and under are no
charge.
Applicable sale tax at 10.4% will be added to the total amount due.
A deposit of half the amount of your total is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit can be
made by personal check or credit card using Paypal. The balance due prior to arrival must be paid by check or cash.
We accept Personal Checks or Cash. The deposit can be paid by credit card using PayPal online payment services
(there is no charge and it takes only a few minutes - www.paypal.com and choose to "send money.'
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is over 60 days from reservation, you will receive $your deposit back less $100 will
be non refundable.
If less than 60 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
