Professional Activity Services
for People with Health Challenges

"As one person I cannot change the world,
but I can change the world of one person."
                                ~ Paul Shane Spear

Welcome

Motivated by experiences with my own family members with dementia, head injury, and stroke, I became a nationally-certified Activity Professional employed in medical settings.

Now retired from full-time employment, I accept a limited number of direct clients.  My goal is still the same:

To help others facing health challenges enjoy a richer life through activities customized to their abilities and preferences.

I have special experience in serving those with dementia and those with the communication disorder aphasia.

While my focus is on activities rather than therapy, I consult with families, healthcare providers, and medical staff where appropriate, and team with professional associates when necessary to meet client needs.

My background in computer technology also allows me to include new devices and apps to enhance activity options.

Nothing makes me happier than to improve the lives of some very special people.   I'd be delighted if I can be of service to you.
