About Processing
If you have submitted orders to us within the last year, we should have a copy of any processing specifications you provided.
You will need to provide barcode ranges on any new purchase orders you submit.
When we offer free processing, it includes Marc records disks.
About Payments
We are independent representatives of the Publishers listed here. As such, we do not handle any remits. You may
call us with billing questions however. All invoicing will be handled through your district office or billing office
and the publishers directly. We only ask you to send purchase orders to us to ensure you receive our rep specials. If you
need a remit address for any of our publishers, please call us at 1-800-929-1252 and we'd be happy to provide
that information.
