SCHEMATIC CAPTURE
- Conversion
of your hand drawn schematics to CAD. This allows us to create netlists
and facilitates future revisions. We also design from existing netlists or
CAD schematics.
PARTS SPECIFICATION
- Assist
in the parts selection for your PCB through the use of our extensive parts
and vendor library.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DESIGN
- Single
sided through multilayer boards and flex circuits; through hole, surface
mount; digital, analog, high current, high voltage and mixed signal; with
such features as shielded signals, power and ground planes, controlled
impedance, etc.

Design to meet U.L.
Standards.

Provide the PCB layout
file and VIEWING SOFTWARE at any point during the design process for review and
verification. We can also provide PDF files.

Ability to interface
with Autocad.

Panelization of Gerber
data.
DESIGN FOR MANUFACTURABILITY
- We
will consult with you about how the PCB layouts will affect manufacturing
and assembly costs. This includes parts selection, parts placement, PCB
fabrication and mechanical specifications, etc.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
- From
raw boards, Gerber data, hand tape-ups or photoplots, we can create an
intelligent CAD database that can be modified according to your needs.
DOCUMENTATION
- We
can provide you with schematics, component specifications, artwork plots,
fabrication drawings, assembly and mechanical drawings. EVERYTHING you
will need to have your project manufactured.
BILL OF MATERIALS
- Upon
request we will provide you with a Bill of Material in Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet format listing all parts in your project assembly. Our B.O.M.
can contain the following features:
1. Complete listing of parts.
2.
Multiple vendor listing
for each part.
3.
Pricing for each part -
prototype quantities through high volume production quantities.
4.
Special instructions for
each part.
PCB FABRICATION
· For services such as photoplotting and fabrication we work closely with outside vendors to produce the results that YOU WANT.
PARTS PROCUREMENT AND ASSEMBLY
- We
have working relationships with a number of parts vendors and can acquire
the necessary parts for your prototypes. We can then assemble your through
hole prototype circuit boards in house. For other types of assembly (i.e.
production quantities or SMT) we can refer you to one of several highly
competent assembly houses.
ELECTRONIC DESIGN
- We
work very closely with an electronic design and development group. This
allows us to further help you with your product development.
