1 box graham crackers (plain)
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 container chocolate icing
Make pudding using the 3 cups of milk. Let thicken. Fold in the whip cream.
Layer in a fairly deep 8 x 12 (or approx. size) dish in this order -
graham crakers
1/2 pudding mixture
graham crackers
rest of pudding mixture
graham crackers
Microwave the icing for about 25 sec or until pourable but not completely melted. Pour/spread
on the top layer of graham crackers, covering completely.
Refrigerate overnight or make in the morning for an evening event.
