You will need –
1 cheesecake
pckg of eggroll wrappers (also called springroll
wrappers)
veg oil
1 egg white
topping of your choice (optional)
powdered sugar (optional)
slice a piece of cheesecake and place on
one wrapper
You may want to cut slice and reposition
so cheesecake is evenly distributed
fold sides over then fold ends over
brush with egg white wash
fry in hot oil (½-1” deep) till light
golden brown (2-4 min) then turn and fry other side
drain on paper towel
add topping and powdered sugar as desired
