2. Open to all riding self propelled rotary type lawn mowers. Mowers must have been designed and sold commercially to mow residential lawns.

    3. ENGINES:

•  5-20 horsepower, must be governed at stock 3650 rpm (may be checked with tachometer)
• Fuel: gasoline, boosters optional
• No performance enhancing parts (stock air filter, muffler, carb. etc.)
• Must have operative kill switch. (tether type recomended) For example types found on boats, wave runners, quad runners. Seat kill switch minimum.

    4. BODY and FRAME:

• Frame, fenders, and hood all stock and securely mounted.
•  Must be stock height from ground.
• Stock tires and wheels. (turf tires) 
• Brakes must work properly.
• Batteries must be mounted securely. Terminals must be insulated with cover or heavy tape.
•  Front end parts must be in good condition. (no worn out wheel bushings, tie-rod ends, or spindle bushings)
• The body should have contrasting numbers, one on each side and one on the rear.

    5. Allowed Modifications: no modifications allowed to gearing or otherwise.
