Hong Kong Film Fan

Jordan Chan Siu-Chun

Jordan Chan started his career as a dancer for such Cantopop stars as Anita Mui and Roman Tam. He is perhaps best known for his role as Chicken in the Young and Dangerous series of films with co-star Ekin Cheng. Like most other Hong Kong film stars he also has a music career, but Jordan's music leans toward hip-hop and heavy metal rather than the mainstream pop.

Jordan's most recent film is "Initial D" a live action movie based on a Japanese Manga.

Jordan Chan (L) and Lau Ching-Wan(R)

Jordan stars with Lau Ching-Wan in "Big Bullet".  Lau Ching-Wan plays a "loose cannon" plain clothes cop who is reassigned to uniform patrol.  Jordan plays an idealistic by-the-book cop who clashes with Lau's character.

Favorite Movie

My favorite Jordan Chan movie is "Bio-Zombie".  Jordan and Sam Lee play tenants in a shopping mall being terrorized by the zombies in the title.  It's a horror/black comedy film with a buddy picture feel.  Jordan and Sam make a great team.
