Hi I am Teri the office manager. I started my career in dentistry in 1976. I chose to go into the field during high school. I really enjoy the fact that I'm able to interact with people as well as playing a role in helping others to feel good about themselves. My goal is to facilitate the ultimate dental experience. From the moment you step into Dr. Doty's office you will be greeted by a warm welcome and you finish feeling comfortable and confident with your decision and expectation. On the personal level I am proud to say I have been a resident of Medina County nearly all of my life. I am married and have two adult children who have relocated down south due to career opportunities. Needless to say travel plans for my husband and I consist of visits with them! I enjoy life's simple pleasures, family time, gardening, and playing with my dog. I must admit my husband and I have been known to be diehard Ohio State fans. Oh yeah ,did you hear, "O H I O." "Go Bucks!" Most of all I try to sieze every moment and enjoy life. It is my pleasure to invite you in; to see for yourself what makes us tick as a unit here at our office. I am looking forward to meeting you. Hi! I am Diana and I run the front desk I have been working here since the beginning of 2008. I started here for my internship as a dental assistant and now I am the one who greets you when you arrive. I was a previous patient of Dr. Doty and now its my "workhome." I am a certified dental assistant having received my degree from the Medina Career Center. I previously worked for Macy's as a department manager for 8 years. I also graduated from Kent State University with a degree in fashion merchandising. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and enjoy walking the dogs with my husband Seth. Of course, I love shopping and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. When you come in for your appointment at our office I promise I will be the first smile you see! I look forward to answering your questions and helping you with insurance and financial needs. Hi Smiles for YOU! My name is Karen. I am one of the hygienists you may see when you visit our office for your dental care. I have been a hygienist since 1984. I am committed to the dental profession and to you as a patient. Together we can help you attain and maintain a healthy, beautiful smile that feels good and that can last you for a lifetime. Keep brushing and flossing!
Dianne Hi My name is Teresa. I am a registered dental hygienist who works hard to provide you with the highest quality and gentle care. I graduated from Youngstown State University and have worked at Dr. Doty's office for 22 years. I really enjoy our office because we truly work as a team. We have a great time working together and enjoy all of our patients who have become our friends. I am the proud mom of 3 children and love spending time with them and my husband. I enjoy baking and here at the office I am the designated cookie and cake baker. Hi my name is Lynda. I am a dental asistant who has been working for Dr. Doty since 1994. I love working with the doctors and staff members. I am committed to caring for our patients who over the years have become my friends. I am licensed in dental radiology and enjoy teaching the nursery school children about the dental office thorugh our "Tooth Fairy" show every spring. They are such a curious group. I have one son who is a junior journalism and mass communications major at Kent State University. We are die-hard Cleveland Cavaliers fans and enjoy attending the games. I am a "Witness." Go Cav's!!!!! Hi! My name is Karla. I have been happily working with Dr. Doty & Associates since 2004. I am one of the newer members of the team since it seems almost everyone else has been here for at least 15 or more years. Why not? Who wouldn't want to work here! I graduated from Cloverleaf High School in 2001 and started dentistry after graduation. I am certified in dental radiology and assist Dr. Cody and Dr. Doty in all kinds of different dental procedures. Along with assisting I enjoy being the "Tooth Fairy" at our children's shows! I love being outside and having fun with family and friends. I spend a lot of my time with my boyfriend Doug and my dog Mickey. Thanks to Dr. Cody I have recently taken up running with Mickey who is a boxer and has lots of energy for a dog! It has taken a couple months to get used to it but now I love running. I play on the Wii and love the Wii Fit. Keeping active and enjoying life to its fullest are my main goals. What I love most about dentistry and working here at the office is our genuine compassion in making a difference in a person's smile and life. Hi my name is Carole. I graduated from Willoughby South High School and attended Lakeland Community College for 2 years. I received my degree from Cleveland Institute of Dental Assisting and also am certified to take dental x-rays. I have been a dental assistant for 25 years and started here in 1992. I belong to the Dental Assistant Association of Ohio. The field of dentistry is always improving and I enjoy the education it provides. I ejoy working with our patients to make them feel better and helping them to understand oral health care. I am married and have 2 sons and 2 stepdaughters. For fun, I enjoy gardening, reading, putt-putt golf and bargain shopping! I love animals and belong to the Humane Socieity and donate to the Forgotten Shelter for Animals. I have 2 cats named Bailey and Maggie. Working for Dr. Doty has been a great experience and has provided me with opportunities to keep up with my dental education. The most important part of my job is to assist the doctors and make their job easier while helping our patients feel comfortable and feel better after procedures. Hi my name is Rev.Duane. I work with Dr. Doty & Associates with many projects and programs which make up the full spectrum of possibility. Helping design the office, staff development, fiscal managment, property management, and above all friend to the Doctors and the staff. We continue to grow and become what truly is the finest dental office in Brunswick. I am an ordained minister on a long term sabbate enjoying the freedom and the real world. I graduated from Northern Michigan University in Social Work. Have more graduate hours than degrees in psychology, early childhood education and finally a Master of Divinity from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis Missouri. What I love the most about working here is the continuing education and staff development which means higher quality of care and technological advancement for the office. I am often referred to by the staff as the "consumer advocate" which means I pay attention to what I hear and see with outside of the office eyes and ears. No this is not a sermon it is how we have changed and will continue to change. I love skiing, playing my guitar, driving my Prius, and buying Barbara Wood lithographs and oils. I like to cook but hate cleaning up and garden but not weeding and Go Cav's!
