1. We cannot reserve your vacation time until we have received a $500 deposit.
2. Your rental deposit is non-refundable.  We will reserve time at Nordic Haus just for you!
3. Spring and Fall / Winter rentals need to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.  Summer rentals need to be paid in full by Memorial Day.
4. A $150 damage deposit will be added to your payment total.  This fee will be returned within 30 days of your daparture, after the key has been returned and the house is inspected by the cleaning crew.
5. Nordic Haus is non-smoking and pet-free due to owner allergies.  Guests who do not follow these rules will forfeit the security deposit due to increased cleaning costs.
6. You must identify the number of guests staying at Nordic Haus in your rental contract.  Additional guests cannot be accomodated (either during the day or for over-night stays) due to strict neighborhood and Township rental ordinances.  Remember that Nordic Haus is situated adjacent to a private beach, and that beach use will be permitted for Nordic Haus registered guests only.

Amenities

As we add amenities to our facilities, we will list them here. For example, we may offer a complimentary newspaper, free breakfast, afternoon tea, or cable TV.
