VINEYARD RESIDENCES

There are 3 clusters in the Vineyard Residences, i.e. Chardonnay, Merlot and Shiraz. Units come with one to two bedrooms with modern comforts and conveniences that rival those in urban condo communities.

The floor plans are similar and have the same number of units but the orientations are all different. Consult the 'compass' shown in the Site Development Plan below (lower right corner) and in other pages before deciding on a unit to purchase.
