THE VINEYARD

The master stroke of Twin Lakes is The Vineyard, a 177-hectare mixed-use phase that brings Europe's storied wine country to life. The sugar content of the rows and rows of grapes are developed with the changing seasons, and when it is time, the grapes are harvested and transformed into wine of the finest vintage.

A research on the combination of the Twin Lakes volcanic soil and the balmy weather of Tagaytay has been conducted by expert growers to determine the best grape cultivar for the area. Selected plants are now being field tested for their robustness and the level of fruiting productivity. With the on-site Chateau-Winery, visitors and residents alike will have an opportunity to observe the process of wine-making.
