SCOUTING MOVEMENT PROJECT

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Boy Scout outfits or units exist all around the world with the purpose of teaching young boys
in an enjoyable environment to become adults of exemplary characters.  This project endeavors
to achieve similar results.

The organization of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines is such that the Eastern Pangasinan
Council has jurisdiction of at least San Nicolas, Bautista and Manaoag.  This project is being
initiated to specifically support the Boy Scout outfits or units in San Nicolas without regard to
the sponsoring institution, public or private.  To the extent possible, activities will be integrated
with all outfits or units of the Eastern Pangasinan Council.
