Wes Gardner Building & Decorating, Inc. was established in 1952 by Wes Gardner.  He built single family homes and did  painting and remodeling. 

Garden Courts

In 1967 he expanded into the apartment business in Willard, Ohio.  The company  built all the apartments we now rent. 

Garden Estates

Garden Estates is a subdivision located at Leonard St., Maplewood St., and June Drive.  We developed this area in the 1990's as single family homes and condominiums.  We currently are the management company for these condominiums.

Country Estates

Country Estates is a single family housing development on the West side of Willard.  This area is still under development and will eventually include additional condominiums.

Our office is located on SR 103 South on the West edge of Willard.  (Next to the airport)
