Click
on the "Windows Setup" Tab, highlight "Communications",
and then click on the "Details" button at the
bottom.
If you have Windows 98,
you will see this after you click the "Windows Setup"
tab. Simply wait for it to complete.
Un-check "Dial-Up
Networking". Click "Ok."
Click the "Apply"
button down at the bottom.
