If you have Windows 98,
you will see
this again. Otherwise, you will see windows update
some shortcuts, and do
a few things.
 Once
the "Apply"
button is gray, make
sure "Communications"
is still highlighted,
and then click on the
"Details" button
again.
Place the checkmark
back into "Dial-Up Networking," click "Ok,"
and click "Ok" again.
