Windows Setup Guide Step 3.
Your Network configuration should look like that shown in the window below. If you are lacking either the "Dial-Up Adaptor" or "TCP/IP", then give us a call. If you have more items under "The following network components are installed:" then highlight the item that does not belong there and click "Remove."  Do this for each item until your Network configuration matches that shown below. Click "OK" when you are done making changes.

NOTES:
  • This configuration applies only to subscribers who use a modem to connect to CTLnet.
  • You may have "MicroSoft Family Logon" in the place of "Client for Microsoft Networks".
  • If you dial into AOL at all, you will have "AOL Adapter" & "TCP/IP --> AOL Adaptor".
