of Medicare. This is typically taken out each month from your social security/disability check automatically.

Plans do have alternatives where you may pay a month premium if you prefer not to pay any copays or deductibles.

Q: How do I find out if my doctor accepts the plan without a network?
A: Different companies approach this differently, however several companies Secure Horizons, Advantra,
Aetna, and WellCare all will be proactive in contacting your doctors to setup the terms & conditions of plan.
