We are not worthy. |

Seriously, we
aren’t. If blame were to be laid
for Batman/Wonder Woman, it would be at Tullberg’s feet. Sure, maybe here and there a fan toyed
with the idea, maybe even thought of it, but Tullberg had the audacity to
write it. And, he wrote a bunch of
other stuff that’s fricking hilarious. He probably doesn't know it (or
maybe he does) but half of us 'shippers are partly in love with him (even me,
and I'm happily married.) A guy with a brain like that – talented,
funny…and I've heard he's a lifeguard. 'Nuff said, ladies. (Ahem, sorry about that
objectification of the male brain and lifeguarding form.) I don’t have much
more than that to say about him. What can be said? When one looks at the
beauty of the stars in the sky,
it is enough to just say, “Holy Crap.” His profiles list all of
his work at ff.net and
JLA Unlimited,
but for the purposes of this site, I’d like to point out a couple of
fics: An Unusual Mission
– The fic that started it all. DC and Joe Kelly should pay this guy.
Really. Funny, sweet – well, I'm not going to say more than that. This
is THE classic Batman/Wonder Woman 'shipfic. Assorted Ramblings
– If you missed him at the DC Message Boards, join in the fun here. Evolution – One of
his newer short fics, in which Batman is forced to make a choice. I'd love to
see a continuation of this fic – like everything else he writes, it
teases and ends up being just too short. At first, I thought that Batman was
slightly OOC (out of character) for even considering it, but after reading it
again Adrian had me convinced with just one little line: He'd have to learn whole new ways of combat. Of
concentration. Start from the bottom of the ladder again. What does Batman have to learn? Read and find out (and
don't forget to review!) And don’t forget
to read his various other DC, X-Men, Doctor Who, X-Files and even Harry
Potter fics. |
