AUG. 1st 2011 : (MON.) FIRST NIGHT OF PRACTICE. STARTS AT 5:30 & ENDS AT 7:30 AT # 1 NORMAL PLAZA, BY OUR HOME FIELD. NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN WATER JUG, HELMET & MOUTH PIECE ONLY. COACHES WILL LET PLAYERS KNOW WHEN TO COME IN FULL PADS W/PANTS. ( WE HAVE PRACTICE JERSEY’S FOR SALE )

 

AUG. 2nd 2011 :  (TUES.) ++PARENT MEETING++ PLEASE ATTEND THIS IS

VERY IMPORTANT NEW PARENTS AS WELL AS RETURNING PARENTS

THE MEETING WILL START AT AROUND 6:00 P.M. (TUES. 2nd DAY OF PRACTICE)

AND WILL BE HELD AT THE RECREATION CENTER AT # 1 NORMAL PLAZA

( WHERE YOU SIGNED UP ). PLEASE ATTEND. SEVERAL IMPORTANT ISSUES WILL BE COVERED AS WELL AS SOME ANNOUNCEMENTS. THIS IS ALSO THE TIME TO HAVE ANY OF YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. WE WILL HAVE SIGN-UP SHEETS FOR VOLUNTEER WORK. WE NEED ALL KINDS OF VOLUNTEER WORKERS INCLUDING DADS. HELP AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, IT HELPS IN KEEPING THIS PROGRAM SUCCESSFUL.

AUGUST 4th 2011 :  (THURS.) EVERYONE’S MONEY, FROM YOUR FIRST SET OF REQUIRED 35 TICKETS, IS DUE. THIS INCLUDES ALL PLAYERS/CHEERLEADERS. PLEASE PLACE THE MONEY & TICKET STUBS IN AN ENVELOPE WRITE YOUR NAME, TEAM (BANTAM, JUNIOR, J.V. OR VARSITY), DOLLAR AMOUNT AND NUMBER OF TICKET STUBS ON THE FRONT. TURN ALL MONEY & TICKET STUBS INTO JEAN RIORDAN, BECKY HERALD, DONNA LEAMER OR JUSTINE WHEELER. YOU CAN CONTINUE TO SELL TICKETS UNTIL AUGUST 25th AT WHICH TIME ALL MONEY, TICKET STUBS & UNSOLD TICKETS MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR.

 

AUGUST 25th 2011 : LAST DAY TO TURN IN RAFFLE MONEY, TICKET STUBS AND UNSOLD TICKETS.  ALL MUST BE DONE ON TIME FOR PRIZE ELIGIBILITY !!

 

AUGUST 27th 2011 : FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON & PICTURE DAY - EVERYONE WILL BE AT  THE GAME 2 HOURS  BEFORE THEIR GAMES’ SCHEDULED START.

EVERYONE WILL BE AT ALL OTHER GAMES 1 HOUR BEFORE THEIR GAMES’ SCHEDULED START TIME ( HOME OR AWAY ).

 

AUGUST 27th 2011 : RAFFLE TICKET WINNERS DRAWN AND THE NAMES OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER & TOP SELLERS, FROM EACH LEVEL, WILL BE POSTED AT THE CONCESSION STAND. (BY THE HALF TIME OF THE BANTAM GAME)

 

AUGUST 30th & 31st 2011 : RIZES/AWARDS WLL BE PASSED OUT AFTER PRACTICES.

 

OCTOBER 23rd 2011 : END OF THE SEASON FOOTBALL DINNER AND BANQUET.

ALL PLAYERS/CHEERLEADERS GET A FREE DINNER, DRINKS, DESSERTS AND

EACH WILL ALSO RECEIVE A TROPHY/PLAQUE. MORE INFORMATION LATER.
