If registering for more than three classes for one child you will have to submit the first form and register again (all your information will appear again) then select the additional classes. You only need to put the payment information on one form.

Summer Classes 2007

Another Beg Hip Hop added - Tuesday @4:15 

            Are you ready for some summertime fun!? Dance doesn’t have to end after recital.  Why not continue developing skills in dance to put you a step above the rest in the next dance year? Summer dance is little more laid back than the rest of the dance year.  You can try out a new dance form or put your self in a more advanced class to challenge yourself!  It is always fun, learning as many dances as we can cram into 5 weeks.  I use high energy music, and experiment with new choreography to keep things exciting.  The classes will run for 5 weeks starting July 9th through August 9th. The schedule will be as follows:

5:00 Babes 3-5 yrs                                5:00 beg jazz (going into 2nd grade and over) 

5:45 advanced ballet                              5:45 beg tap

6:30 advanced tap                                   6:15 beg ballet (1st grade and over)

7:00 advanced hip hop                           7:00 beg hip hop (2nd grade and over)

7:45 advanced jazz

 

Thursday

5:00 intermediate jazz

5:45 beg/intermediate hip hop (5th grade and over)

6:30 intermediate tap

7:00 intermediate ballet

7:45 April’s Boot Camp

 

            Intermediate and advanced jazz will be working on technical jazz.  I would like to focus on multiple turns, leaps, balance and moving at a faster pace.  This class would be ideal for anyone interested in complicated movements mixed with creative choreography.

Beginning hip hop will include anyone in 2nd grade and above who wants to try a funky new style.  It’s a fun way to get your body to recognize rhythm and express yourself in a completely new way. 

April’s Boot Camp is a fun aerobic workout aimed at keeping your heart rate up, building muscle and gaining agility.  Weeks will vary from aerobic dance work outs, circuit training, kick boxing, and weight work.  If you want to sweat, than this is a class for you.  It is open to HS students and adults!  The class will run for an hour and will include a warm-up and cool down period.  Bring friends, and probably a towel!

Payment is due along with the registration form and is not refundable based on attendance. 

 

30 min classes - $38   45min classes - $49     60 min classes - $60

                (More than one class per student takes $5 off each additional class)

*If classes have less than five participates, SIM reserves the right to cancel with a full refund.
