Personalizing Your Selections ...

All the items sold on this site are home-made. Any of them can be personalized. For custom service or personalizing, please send me an e-mail, describing what you want. Please include a phone number, so that we can call you with any questions. We will e-mail you a quote for the services you request.

If we've sold out ...

Since these items are all hand-made, it's not possible to maintain an exact item design forever. For example, if you see a gift item which has sold out, we may not be able to produce one for you, in the same fabric shown on the web site. We do update the site whenever stock changes. But it's possible that multiple orders will sell the last of an item, and it will not be available in the exact fabric and color shown when you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail, and indicate what fabric and color selections are currently available. And if you have your heart set on a particular design or color which has run out, we'll do everything we can to duplicate it.

Payment Processing ...

We use PayPal for payment processing. We've used PayPal for several years, when we ourselves purchase items on the web. So we feel comfortable with their security and customer care. But if you'd rather not purchase over the internet, or do not want to use Pay Pal, we are happy to process your purchase by mail. To do so, please send me an e-mail (you can use the link above), and indicate which item(s) you want, and the quantities. We will use return e-mail to send you a bill, which you can pay by check, through the mail. Be aware that this process does take longer than using PayPal.
